Lordosis and hip/pelvic tilt isn't correct either and actually a sign of weak glutes, engaging the core and pressing the lower and mid back onto the lumbar support of the chair would be much better and less painful.
Please don't curve your back sharply inwards or outwards. If you feel line your back is straight, and you flex your stomach muscles, then the position your spine settles in will most likely be the "best" (a good one that doesn't put a weird tension on your spine or loads it with a bunch of weight at one point).
