Which means the Pennant won't be returning in 2024. *sigh*

I don’t believe he was necessarily the problem. The fact that the team couldn’t make contact with the ball unless they hit a home run was the big issue. Watching the post season, I forgot what it was like to see runs get constructed through gap/down the line hits and solid base running.

It seemed like the Yankees were not fully prepared for the rule changes. If you look at other, younger teams who put the ball in play, they took more advantage of the new rules. I think it's fair that Boone stays on
