Cooked buckwheat groats (kasha) are a traditional Ukrainian staple. To this day, Ukraine has the second largest buckwheat consumption per capita.

That's why democracy is superior (I mean real democracy where you can challenge the power in place without getting jailed etc.). Otherwise the power just shows what they want.
