Why is the bag being taken out in the first place? You just need enough to open it.

Personally, I ask myself why you need the box...?

Most cereal I buy comes without a box anyways, but can't you just throw the box away, if it does?

[–] Hexarei@programming.dev 9 points 2 years ago (1 children)

Easier to store in my cabinet alongside the other boxes

[–] Knusper@feddit.de 2 points 2 years ago

Yeah, alright, that makes sense, if you've got more food in boxes. I have my bags of cerial just in a random drawer...

[–] Bondrewd@lemmy.world 4 points 2 years ago

The without a box thing is a german economic sphere thing.

[–] XTornado@lemmy.ml 2 points 2 years ago

I agree. Like the box lasts for me from the point in time I leave the store to when I arrive at home. The bag too because I out in another container... But I guess that's not that common.

DO NOT take the full bag out of the box. You will regret it immediatly.

[–] oce@jlai.lu 2 points 2 years ago (1 children)

You just have to eat enough for it to slide back in easily again.

[–] RGB3x3@lemmy.world 2 points 2 years ago

But then it's just an empty bag.

Or maybe I just can't control myself.

[–] Steeve@lemmy.ca 17 points 2 years ago

For some reason this is weirdly relatable even though I can't imagine a single scenario where I would have had to take the bag out of the cereal box

[–] Godort@lemm.ee 13 points 2 years ago

Just stuff the bag back in and then gently shake the box and it will go back to normal

[–] Shardikprime@lemmy.world 8 points 2 years ago

Literally became big chungus

[–] JoShmoe@lemmy.zip 5 points 2 years ago

Then you had run advanced physics calculations just to put back inside the box.

Put it back with the box popping out. Shake it side to side until the box pops back in.

I don't even know what this meme is trying to say

[–] Auk@kbin.social 9 points 2 years ago (1 children)

If you take the bag right out of the box it tends to be difficult to put back into the box, having seemingly become larger like the rabbit in the OP picture.

[–] PP_BOY_@lemmy.world 5 points 2 years ago (2 children)

Why are you taking the bag out though?

[–] Auk@kbin.social 5 points 2 years ago

Curiosity I guess, it's not like I've done it often.

[–] oce@jlai.lu 2 points 2 years ago

To let the bunny out of the box.
