I lived there and I can say China with its high tech looking cities is relying on ancient nasty trucks that look like they’re from the 1950s for most of their logistics. Any standards on modernizing this fleet is an improvement.
You saw future US then (as in: the impression anyone traveling there will have in 20 years time, coming from an electrified world)
Surprised freight isn't mostly done via train considering their vast networks.
After the train does its part, there’s still trucks needed to bring the freight to its final destination.
