When I first read it for some reason my brain registered Uruguay. I was thinking the departure from oil and taxes funding public works didn't quite fit the no taxes perspective of conservatives.Glad to hear they are not poisoning what seems like a progressive country.
I do feel bad for Paraguayos though, from some short YouTube videos on the country it seems like it has suffered enough throughout the recent times, although I'm no expert or even familiar enough with Sudamerica.
If they had said "we feel oppressed" I get it, wouldn't have given it a second thought. Get in line
