Wouldn't you delete the account and make a new one with a different name if the over sharing became an issue ? Also, I've not seen all your posts but unless there is something identifying in them, you're probably good to get doing your thing.

Someday I will have control of my own internet, and host my own instance. Then deleting/making accounts will be a lot easier. (I have 28 replies from my last night out. To scared to read them)

We've all been there. Believe it or not, I'm pretty introverted, yet I like to chat, at least in a 'small group'. The internet feels kind of small because each thread you're in only has a handful of people commenting, so you feel like you're talking to a small group, despite it being disproportionately lurkers.
At some point you kind of stop caring, or at least that's been my experience.
