How DARE you besmirch the good name of the GE Turboencabulator!

While it is the OG technobabble in-joke, it's so much better than the pale imitation that is modern techbrobabble.

Why you may ask?

Because the joke was made by an actual engineering student, John H. Quick, and later got a proper datasheet made by General Electric. It's a classy joke that points out the ridiculous over use of technical jargon, often by people who don't have any clue what it means. It's poking fun literally at the techbrobabble we all loath.
