Decent shave, but this edge could use some work. 3 shaves ago I used chromium oxide to freshen it up, and my SOTD from that day said I didn't notice much difference. So, I'll try it again, and if that fails it'll be a good excuse to freshen it up on my synthetic stone(s).

Lyssa is a really great, unique scent. On the floral side, but strange enough for me to enjoy it. The Excelsior base is soo good.

Sample kill. Scarn smells fine but it doesn't really click with me.

Have a good one.

I had similar thoughts about Scarn. Smells good enough, but was a little too generic for my taste.

First time using this soap, which was part of a recent lot that I bought. This is a vegan soap from France that's lightly scented, as far as I can piece together, with arnica, ginger, and cypress.

The lather puffed up pretty quickly, but ultimately gave great slickness and a smooth shave. I'll need to try again with a drier brush at some point.
