one time near 2010, i was walking out of campus in a CC around 9pm-10pm in the rain after class. noticed a dude started "praying' in the rain on the sidewalk as i was walking he started asking questions, something about astrophysics, i had feeling he was trying to lead me to a darker area(where there was a building with overhang, it was much darker area. then i noticed he was constantly putting his hand in his pocket, nope i just walked the other way or the parallel sidewalk wheres there more light avoiding the dude, i had a suspicion he had a weapon in his pocket. ever since at night i would take a long detour wheres theres alot of traffic and light to the bus stop. the campus was virtually pitch black all the way to the bus stop, if your not near a street or intersection.(i think it changed in the interceding years) i have been seeing flyers, stories of potential lurkers in the nearby state uni, at night. so im not surprised. it was CC in the west coast.

It took me a minute! I think "Community College."
Oftentimes they have a much more open layout where anybody can just walk onto the campus. Pro tip though: They're way cheaper for getting a ton of prerequisites out of the way. XD
