That's kinda all that I carry consistently. Other stuff will depend on where im going, or simply what I have on hand
depression and cough drops.
Phone, daily note book, pen, and sometimes keys. We also usually carry a bag with our 3ds, meds, umbrella, sometimes a water depend gore long were out, battery bank and a couple reusable bags.
Daily: Wallet, phone, house key with folding reading glasses and pill container on the chain, car key (separate because I don't like the way the key chain brushes my knee while I drive with everything attached), a couple of those plastic flossers in a baggy, lens wipes.
Often but not quite daily: "AAA" sized penlight, small pocket knife w/ screwdriver and scissors, and multipliers.
Mobile phone, tissue papers are always there.
Rest are occasional, wallet/card, keys, sunglasses, optical glasses. Most of my stuff is in a backpack and pockets are generally rather empty.
I ALWAYS bring my sunglasses with me, it doesn’t matter what the weather is, because if it gets sunny while I’m out, I need them to see because my blue eyes are hypersensitive, basically making it painful to open my eyes outside.

And my phone? It's in my messenger bag with the few other stuff I don't constantly need or want to have on me at all time: my glasses (most of the time, I'm wearing them but I carry the box-thingy to store them), a notebook + a pen, some book(s), an umbrella, or a cap or something to cover my bald head when I need to, a pair of sunglasses too when it's shining outside. Stuff like that.
It depends on what I'm wearing as to how many pockets I have and where I'm travelling to.
The usual are
2 phones, keys, inhaler, 2 Pokémon auto catchers.
Knife, taser, bulletproof backpack insert, laptop and charger, battery pack, water, compass, water purifier drops, small ocarina, granola bars, tin cup, fire starter, local maps, notebook and pencils, sharpies, light jacket, extra socks, hiking towel, first aid kit, floss, deodorant...
and a set of comedic emergency mustaches.
Pockets: just my phone
Bag: car key, cash, credit/ID cards, mints, glucose tablets, chapstick
Dog treats, phone, earbuds. Keys, wallet, pen and doggy poo bags in jacket.
On my pockets:
Phone, wallet which includes ID, a disposable card (to open doors if someone forgets the keys inside), cheap wired hearbuds (in case I forget my headphones), a flash drive, transport pass, a debit card with 8 euros balance, and 3 euros cash.
On my neck:

I sometimes also bring my camera bag:
Camera body, 2 lenses, field recorder, dead cat and extra batteries.

In my pockets, my keys (including a NitroKey for accessing my passwords), which are literally chained to my trousers, my phone and a little towel the size of a handkerchief.
I also carry a little, what to call it, pochette? It's a little carrying thing around the size of my hand, that is either clipped to the strap of my messenger bag or carried on its own with a shoulder strap. It contains my passport, public transit pass, bank pass, just-in-case-cash, pen, mechanical pencil, cloth for wiping glasses, and a folded ecobag.
As for the messenger bag, it contains a carbon steel folding umbrella, which folds down to around the size of a glasses case and is very light, a larger ecobag, notebook, headphones, a bunch of USB cables and adapters, a USB memory stick, and a teeny-tiny nail clipper. Not for actually clipping my nails, but you know how sometimes a little triangle of skin around the corner of a nail gets loose and all hard and annoying? It's for that sole purpose. Also, I typically carry the bag when traveling a longer distance (like my commute to work), so there's usually a book and a 3DS in there.

Aside from the obvious like phone, keys, wallet, etc, I carry my pen.
It's a really nice EDC titanium one that fits almost every pen refill cartridge.
I got this wierd little multitool that is a fire starter, knife sharpener, and whistle and my keychain is a actual carbiner and I use one for my keys and one for my wallet so I have two on me generally. I do not climb though so not like I could use them in any real way but you know if I ever get stranded with someone more skilled than I it all might come in handy.

In my bag i carry toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, shampoo and conditioner, soap because i like to freshen up and shower if ive got something important on that day. Otherwise i just roll into work like a fucking bum.
