Just a stupid ring I found in a cave.

Handses
The guilt of not living up to the expectations of my ancestors nor future generations
Fuck em. Talking chimps, the lot of em.

Not shown in the pic: 1 meter keychain tape measure.
FYI it's possible to create duplicate keys from pictures of them, so I wouldn't recommend posting pictures of your keys online
I'm aware but not worried.
That's true, but most people with that skill can also pick locks.
Picking isn't really an option when it comes to Abloy disc detainer locks as you need a custom built device to pick it along with the skills to use it. However, anyone can just break the window and open the door from inside which is why I'm not particularly worried. That and the fact that I barely own anything worth stealing in the first place.
Is that a Bugout? If you’re not already aware of !pocketknife@lemmy.world you might enjoy that comm, it’s got a lot of great content
Pretty much this. But it's a 600lm headlight (petzl) to keep hands free, and the knife is an carbon steel (opinel) which are much, much sharper than rvs.
Carbon steel isn't inherently sharper than stainless. It's just easier to get sharp. In the case of Opinel, much of why it cuts so well is due to the single bevel grind on the blade which makes the apex incredibly thin.
Lint.
Mostly just my phone. I don't need keys because my implants let me open doors at home and at work, and I don't need a payment card because I also have a payment implant.
How do you fare in airport scanners?
They don't ring. They're much too small.
The only minor danger I was afraid of was being unable to go through MRI machines with those of my implants that have a ferrite core - i .e. small glass implants. But it turns out, they're completely unaffected - at least up to 2T, which was the strongest MRI field I went through. They do warp the MRI scan pretty badly around them though 🙂
Did you put that in yourself? It doesn't look like a small needle. Did you get a glow or light up one? How do you keep the information safe? Sorry, so many questions. And it's a lot cheaper than I was thinking.
Now you've done it. Here come the EDC people
Not a lot, my pockets are tiny. Currently I have one tissue.

- Guitar pick
- Wireless/Contactless waterproof keyfob for my car (I finally found a good use for that pocket-inside-a-pocket on jeans)
- Snus
- Cardholder (Regular debit card, two credit cards, misc other cards I "always" need)
- Phone
- Bluetooth airbuds
If I'm wearing a jacket, its pockets also adds:
- Wallet (with passports, seamans book, misc currencies, TWIC, WHO vaccine booklet, misc warehouse access cards, a bunch of airline frequent flier cards)
- Tiny multitool
- Pen
- Syringe needle that I've cut to be blunt, in a protective casing. It's excellent for those tiny reset buttons on hardware
- USB-C cable
- USB thumb drive
Fob, phone, fountain pen, fwallet
Messenger bag. I don't like carrying stuff in the pockets of my pants, jackets etc., especially sharp and heavy-ish things like keys, and I like keeping lots of stuff on me when I leave my home.
That’s not really a riddle, but I’ll give you three guesses.
!edc@sopuli.xyz is a place to discuss such!
For me I carry a bag with a bunch of junk, besides phone/keys it’s mostly like chapstick and tissues tho

The unrelenting dread and fear of something horrifying and terrible happening to the ones I love.
The lingering resentment and intense loathing towards an ex spouse who abused me daily for almost 15 years.
Dead Tamagotchi from 1998 to remind myself of my failures as a caregiver.
The ever-evolving concept for a music album that perfectly encapsulates my life experiences, from the good to the awful, and what they’ve taught me about myself.
Deadpool keychain charm.
A roll of hundreds and a box of magnum condoms for my monster dong.

Besides obvious keys, phone, etc? Toilet paper.
Used or fresh?
Asking the important questions.

I'm a photo nerd. Uhhh... keys, flashlight, swiss army knife, phone, pocket camera (Ricoh GR III), wallet. If I go anywhere I usually pick up a bigger camera (Nikon Z fc, or if I get serious, the D780, with 50mm / 24-120mm / 70-300mm lenses). There's also a whole lot of random mystery stuff in my bags. I don't want to think about that stuff too much, I'll just get a headache
