I use the mynoise app for Android. Free version has enough useful sounds for sleep, focus and the like. It even has the 'color' sounds like pink noise and white noise.
Reading when I'm tired always puts me to sleep.
The articles on this site are particularly good at putting me to sleep. They're just interesting enough that I'll read them, but not so entertaining that I want to continue.
