So instead we upvote the cute dog? You got me, I'll upvote a pupper every time, especially if it's what looks like a terrier mix. I had a dog with a face kinda like that, but greyer, leaning more toward Schnauzer. But, all dogs are the goodest boy (or girl) and this makes sense to dog people (though, I'm more of a cat person, though if I'm honest I'd take a red panda over either, but then again, who wouldn't?).

What alternative lemmy world are you living in? Lemmy is one of the most hostile to AI communities I know of
They almost always get removed or deleted eventually, but sometimes they'll get upvoted for a few hours until an eagle eyed user spots evidence and calls it out.
It's also not OPs fault most of the time. It's hard to spot them
I see no GenAI content here whatsoever except for what's posted on communities specifically meant for it.

No joke, when I saw the thumbnail I was just about to go looking through my photos because my dog looks very similar (terrier Chihuahua mix so his snout is a little longer) and he loves wrapping up in my tortilla pattern blanket.
