Sadly, both my mother and father recently passed away. I have the responsibility to monitor their email inboxes in case someone reaches out and they have not heard the news. Both their emails are very messy with spam and subscribed content. I hate flooding my Mail app with both their emails. Is there a way where I can run a container in docker that will monitor both of their emails and send me weekly notification summaries, so I can reply to people respectfully and also start filtering out their spam?
