I'm glad to hear it! Some people think (questioning bi or les) that I can't be lesbian because my partner is masc presenting but nonbinary
I'm not trying to be exclusionary or bigoted, just to understand - but could you explain how that works, please ๐? I thought lesbian meant a fem who was exclusively attracted to other fems, so if the person you're dating (as a fem) (assuming you're attracted to them) is masc, how could you be lesbian?
gender identity โ gender expression they both are different things
gender identity its about how one feels about themselves on the other hand gender expression is the way one choose to express themselves
and when it comes to attraction .. not everyone is attracted by looks or gender expression some people .. well a large group of people find emotional bond , intellect and lots of other things attractive
Yes, sorry, I understand gender identity != gender expression, I was using masc/fem to reference identity specifically but i should have been more clear
