I distinctly remember other cases where EVERY image/video got a separate charge...

100,000 charges doesn't seem to add up to 4 years in any way.

Feels like that should have factored into sentencing as well. Although now as I think of it... all of that is just a regular day on the old 4chan. Although saving them for later is definitely excessive.

Honestly surprised this hasn't happened more often.
As of Jan 6 2026, there were at least 33 people pardoned for their role in the January 6, 2021, U.S. Capitol riot have been convicted of, charged with or arrested in connection with additional crimes since the attack.
probably gathering evidence on others, like if theres a CP ring going on.
