Fun fact: that ad used a pirated font. There are also conflicting reports about it using a pirated song, but that was probably another anti-piracy ad.
It's a funny story but it's worth noting that copyright does not apply to typefaces in the US (although maybe it does in other jurisdictions)
To be fair, this still might be true. Font files are treated the same as regular software and follow copyright.

How do I download a car?
Well, there was that dude who downloaded a 3d model of a Lambo or whatever and printed it out. Turns out that's not illegal tho, probably because they never thought somebody would do it.
There's also the kids in India that sculpted one from clay and painted it.
Same as you would download anything else.
