I am new to Apple Watch and have been using it for running for all of October. It had some base estimate for my max HR, resting HR, and zones that it said will update on the first or every month.

Well it’s the first of the month and it’s hasn’t updated yet. It has recorded a higher HR during workouts than it originally estimated my max to be.

Anybody know how I can force the update?
