hi, I’m looking for an adblocker that will remove ads from regular apps such as the YouTube app, Reddit app, Instagram app etc. Are there any good, reliable tools I can use — not just blockers that only affect safari?

Off topic, consider services that have no ads, e.g. pixelfed instead of Instagram, mastodon instead of twitter, teddit.net or a reddit clone, etc.

You don’t have to switch completely, just spending less time on ad supported platforms could be a noticeable ux improvement.
