Better idea, don't do that with a prison, just make a new monument or something, the shame cube.
I like it, but bones don't have the best structural integrity. Maybe they can be encased in concrete sculptures on the roof?

I have a very hard time watching Cory Booker speak. He over-emotes to the point of me feeling vicarious embarrassment.
He has his moments. So far as I’ve seen, Jefferies doesn’t.
