Loved the movie as a kid. Had the LP, would listen to that record all the time and be able to see on my minds eye the movie as the vinyl spun round and round. Lost it as time progressed and I got older. My family recently started collecting records again and while in the record store my wife calls out to me and hold up a copy of The Black Hole. Gatefold with the story pages intact. It was an immediate buy. Got home and put that thing on right away and it is PERFECT. What a fantastic movie and being able to share it (had to skip Perkins's final encounter with Maximilian as my daughter was too young) and having to explain the last scenes with my family is greatness.
