It's still not a breach. You're fine to discuss cases as long as you can't identify the patient from the information.
You're also assuming this is their therapist and not their rebound lay.

It's fine to discuss, but not to post a screenshot online. In fact, it's not even okay to discuss in a public place where you could be overheard. The risk is low, but not zero, and best practice is to get consent before sharing.

To be clear, my original comment wasn't meant to sound like: "uh... is a therapist allowed to share this?" But rather "lol, they could be texting their therapist here"
