Social Media is the Torment Nexus.

I'm actually impressed no major company has set up a service where you send them the text history of your deceased loved ones (or all the communications on their phone if you can unlock it) and set up an LLMs that sound like then and knows enough about them for the grieving people to have a ghost they can talk to.

extremely evil and exploitative, which is surprising no one did that yet

Wasn't there a Black Mirror episode like that?

Hades is other people

This is only true amongst the people who are always laughing at him. Amongst the people who always liked him, they still worship his ideology.

The thing I really wish happened upon his death is the deconstructing his table shtick. Clearly a bastardization of what started the free speech movement at CalU Berkeley in the '60s. When the students set up off campus to talk about the discrimination happening with local business hiring practices, and the authorities, including the University, who's property they weren't on, tried to stop them.

This is stupid because most of the people who know who Kirk is, only learned about him upon his death.

I'm pretty online, and didn't know much about him when he was alive EXCEPT that he was a huge meme.

Well, his face wasn't a huge meme. It was rather tiny, really.

His head was a huge meme.

Everything he did in his life was useless regardless of whether he was shot or not.

That's exactly how it's supposed to be for evil people. Once they croak, nobody comes to their defense except other evil people, and their heart just isn't in it because, well, they're evil.
