Swearing makes me feel unsafe due to a violent childhood home. What's my next best option?

Try insulting god instead, it should give even a better effect ig

Put $160 on a table, lay down on your couch for an hour, reflect upon your life, and by the end of the session you can get your money back.

Haha, truth. A bit less effective but true

Price and usages per second of swearings can totally cover up lowered effectiveness.

So quantity over quality? Haha

Hmm... Got me wondering if I swear so much because of my fucking BPD... It's an itensifier word, and since I only feel intense emotions all the time, everything is "fucking something" all the time.

Driving my car around town or, god forbid, being stuck in trafic, is like a massive therapy session

To each their own. I just couldn't stop thinking about the fact that I'm burning fossil fuel and slowly killing ourselves to move a multi ton vehicle that contains only one person, and it would make me even more sad.

EDIT: I hope it doesn't take anything from you. You do what you can. It's just that personally, seeing an endless stream of cars is at the top of my list when it comes to things that makes me depressed and that I should talk about with a therapist.
