I think pestilence is holding the scythe.
It's a bit unclear if it's actually Famine holding it, but if so, it's worth noting that many (most?) famines are the result of poor growing seasons/harvests, so the scythe isn't terribly inappropriate.
The question is why death looks like a marathon runner.
Would be funnier if it was the Epstein files.
The fifth horseman is Chaos, but he got thrown out with the big syrupy things.
