Daylight Savings Time is another matter.
All of you realize he doesn't know what groceries are, right? He literally doesn't understand the definition of the word. As far as he understands, food just magically appears prepared shortly after he wants it. He knows food is in the grocery store but thinks it's tightly controlled by strict ID checking.

There's one assumption you seem to have that's wrong.
Trump only ever has one objective. More money and more attention for Trump.
