A few weeks ago, I went to a restaurant on a date and we decided to go onto the covered patio area (it was raining out, but the temps were nice) and there were a bunch of older people there watching the ol' sportsball on the TV there.

About 45 minutes later, suddenly the TV gives the youtube "This stream has been shut down for policy violations" warning because the restaurant was pirating the game lmao

Hey do you 'member that time they shut down Napster so no one would be able to download music anymore?

Yup this is what we need the authorities to focus on. Not the evil corpo stuff but the people watching TV for free are toppling the world order.

Are Egyptian authorities doing something about the poverty their people face as well?

In 10 years: the amount of sports fans is declining. Why? What to do?!

Crazily enough, MLB has actually taken a big step in the RIGHT direction this year: it's launched a new service for many teams where you can get access to just that team's games, directly from MLB, without blackout restrictions.

Piracy ring? That sounds scawwy!

Those pedophile rings are not the priority.
