Well past time. I know in Ireland a made in Ireland tag being attached to an item of clothing is enough for it to be considered made in Ireland.

Few good products with this sign will be sold in Europe, you need to look for them in special shops or sections of the supermarket. The tricky ones are all the food made in Europe for the profit of US companies. Those are the ones to look out for (in order to avoid).
