So usually those pens just get clogged with the oil.

Suck it like a blocked milkshake straw. Really hard with forward mouth placement. You're basically using your mouth as a plunger to clear the blockage.

I've tried using a toothpick to clear them, but not to much success.

Umm, how about not using oil, and not using disposables. Oils coat your lungs, which is certainly not good for them. And disposables, especially single use disposables, are bad for the only planet we have to live on.

where can I get some.

For the vape pen, I've seen people stand it up and hit it with a hair dryer, or if it's real bad, centrifuge it with your arm after heating. They just do that tho.

You can try heating it, to melt the stuff back down or reaming the stem with a paperclip.

And to prevent it happening again, keep that sucker upright as often as you can and don't suck super hard when taking hits. Which may be hard when semi-clogged and on a draw-to-hit style disposable, since you'll have to inhale at least hard enough to activate it in the first place.
