If the organization under Warren wanted to make a definitive statement that things have turned a corner, they would absolutely fire Flus in season. It would show that basement bottom performance from our coaches won't be tolerated. History would certainly indicate that's unlikely to happen and it will occur after the season ends, but I do agree that they should do it during the bye.
As far as Sweat goes, I think Flus at this point knows he's on his way out and would likely welcome anybody who might help salvage some sense of the defense working.
