I think then the whole body would be affected but this one looks like a normal street cat with only a big shoulder to me

My neighbor has a cat that looks kind of like that. He will slap you in the face if you don't pet him sometimes. His method of dealing with rowdy dogs is to just lay there and dare anything to touch him. He tells you when he is to be let inside or outside he does not ask. He could probably win a fight against a bear.
There's this couple up the road that has a cat that's somehow even bigger than him but it's a lazy inside-only cat.
Oh now I see why the car jack is called a cat in Spanish, because some clearly are jacked.
That cat is jacked.
