What is End of Life date for iPhone 13 mini? And how it works in general? (alien.top)

I am planning on buying first iPhone ever, and decided that it will be 13 mini, because I dont like huge phones. But I find it confusing to see how long it will be supported, since I cant find answer on the internet.

Is iPhone model supported 7 years after it is discontinued or 7 years after initial release date?
