This one feels like a flavor failure. I don't see how a frog shooting lightning ties to gaining life from creature ebt. I guess I see how they don't give prophetic visions, but I also don't see how that might be misconstrued from a frog shooting lightning.

I feel like the flavor text being from a handbook indicates the frogs do in fact grant visions. It's very specific.
The flavor of gaining life is everyone who ETB can lick a frog and gain a vision, which would be card draw if it wasn't triggering so often, so lifegain is what we get.
Confirm. On the other hand, having this stat line on a common card, is quite cool. This could be a Golgari staple, while it being common will have it stay affordable.
