Time for another re-watch
Well, it was pretty awful.
Which was surprising because I thought a white label CW teen soap opera was the ideal tv premise to slap a Star Trek label on.

Sad news, but hopefully we will see a spin off with at least a couple of the cadets. I would also love to see Commander Reno on another show.
I lost interest when the Athena landed at San Francisco and turned into a building at the end of the first episode. I quickly scrubbed through the next couple of episodes to see how much time was spent in space, saw none, and checked out.
Honestly probably I good idea. I actually like the show even though it has some flaws, but they really did a speedrun on developing through all the characters biggest conflicts. They just don't have much more they can do.

A show like Academy sort of requires 24 episodes a season and at least 3 seasons to find it's footing.
...and nothing of value was lost.
