Is there really no way to transfer large videos from Iphone to PC? (alien.top)

I've tried plugging it into my PC, tried uploading to Onedrive and Icloud and youtube, and I've tried the VLC wifi-sharing, but all options either nuke the video quality or the video just doesn't show up.

Any ideas? The video is 43 mins long and about 4 gigs.
