That’s going to be weakest point of basically any case due to the cutouts for the charger. It’s the thinnest material
If it looked like that brand new maybe I’d have them replace it. But if you’ve had this case for a month now and have been pulling it in and out of your pocket by that part by mistake it’s bound to wear down.
I’ve had my Apple silicone case since launch day for the 15 and mine doesn’t have that issue, but I know that’s the weak point and avoid grabbing it.
