Never abused substances
Or even used if you don’t count caffeine
Caffeine and sugar are my two big vices. It would be healthier to drop the sugar than the caffeine, but it generally isn't considered a drug. But I get my simple carbs (and caffeine) every day.
I'm just not interested in drugs whatsoever. Including caffeine. I could never tell a single difference when I tried it, so what's the point?
Did you try lsd or 2cb?
I use substance almost every day, either substance painter or designer
I'm on my way there but after 25 years of bathing my brain in substances it's not easy.
I used to drink nothing but strong coffee and energy drinks and smoke cigarettes all day, then finish the day off with weed and half a gallon of beer.
I'm now down to 1 cup of coffee in the morning and 2-3 nicotine gums per day. I've quit alcohol. So I'm at a point where I'm not slowly killing myself anymore. I tried to go zero substances recently but that killed all my productivity at work. I'll have another go at it next time I'm on vacation.
My alcohol and caffeine history is pretty typical, grew out of drinking and found a reasonable relationship with coffee and tea.
Now weed gives me hangovers and the potential for bad trips. I have never been a regular stoner, and I am considering limiting myself even further (every few months). Psychedelics even less, but that kind of comes by design, if you are a responsible person.
There is no way in hell that I am touching opiates or amphetamines for recreation. I know I am someone who enjoys drugs, and I don't know if I had the willpower to stop if I start.
All in all, quite happy with the status quo. Everything in moderation, even the moderation.
I've never done drugs or drank alcohol. I used to get a little too obsessed with hyper fixations when I was younger, so I figured that wouldn't end well. I'd probably be fine now but like...why at this point?
I've been on a soda and coffee kick recently but I routinely cut it out completely and I'm usually the better for it. I'll be heading back to the gym soon after not having time so it'll probably be then. My body feels weird if I'm exercising but eating/drinking garbage Might have headaches for a few days depending on how bad your caffeine or sugar addiction was.
Sober 6 months. It’s better
Clean all my life but I've been thinking
Never tried caffeine. Tried alcohol but didn’t really enjoy it. I’m young though. Substance free and I don’t really want to try caffeine out of fear of liking it
I quit alcohol 11 years ago. Haven't smoked weed or nicotine since early January. I do drink coffee and will never let it go. Also I haven't completely quit weed, I think. I just haven't been arsed to get any in a while. Might be that I never will but I haven't made a conscious decision to quit it.
I would consider myself substance free, although I do drink caffeinated soda and once or twice a year maybe a coffee or alcohol. I like to freak people out by doing that it's funny
"I don't want another drink, I don't want another bump I'm afraid of falling down if I get much further up I don't want another hit, I don't want another shot Don't you make another line that I do not wanna cross
My friends, their friends, their friends' friends Are trying to kill me, really Everybody that I know Is trying to kill me, really"
honestly i go through cycles
Nope, have caffeine in the veins right now and had alcohol last night. Have weed gummies once a month or so. I do occasionally go for a month or more without any of them just to confirm I am doing it by choice.
Moderation is the key, and going without for a period of time is definitely a good thing to do.
I drink caffeine but I’ll stop sometimes if I feel like I spending too much, I mostly just like coffee and tea.
I've never been drinking or smoking, or using drugs. No coffee either. It's because I'm an autistic mess and also because my intestines like to kill themselves. I feel like I lack some sort of important human experience in this since I can't even tell a cool story how I realized it's just not for me or something. I simply never got into any of it lmao
caffeine is really hard and to go further sugar would be even harder. I doubt I will ever be there.
or flash and no substance.
i drink a cup of coffee about 4 to 5 days a week. Don't smoke or drink and never have.
I'd like to try LSD one day.
You can try barley/chicory coffee for the habit.
Decaf coffee is a thing, yknow. You get to enjoy drinking it without the jitters.
For me I am not and probably cannot ever be substance free. I don't really care to. My life is better with caffeine and THC (it really helps the audhd thing function in modern society). I should probably pare back the amount of caffeine I get daily, but I won't eliminate it.
