I have read some of the manga (until it stopped getting updates on MD). It's a very chill series, similar to something like Campfire Cooking. The main difference in this case is that her companions are an adventuring party instead of monster familiars.

You had me at "chill" but are there adventure episodes between cooking?
Not as much as Campfire Cooking iirc. Extremely minor spoilers ahead:
Basic story structure
A pattern that happens a lot in what I read is that Rin is doing cooking/chill things at the RV while her companions are off doing adventuring things, and then she has a big feast when they get back incorporating ingredients that they went and adventured for. There are some moments when she gets mixed up in things, but it often happens off the page in the manga version.
I see. This might even be more to my taste than Campfire Cooking. I found his constant "I'm so scared even though I'm invulnerable" antics a bit grating. So this is just fine for me.
Synopsis:
The light novels' story centers on Rin Takanashi, a working adult, around thirty years old, who is into camping and tabletop role-playing games. She was summoned as a saint to another world with a beautiful high school girl, but her "Motor House" (Camper Van) and "Survival" skills were deemed garbage by the prince and she is instantly exiled. Rin discovers that her skills are actually useful in special environments, and she decides to continue her hobbies of solo camping and cooking in the other world. Using her skills to summon her dream camper van, she sets off on her own foodie roadtrip and meet wonderful companions along the way.
Cast so far:
Sora Tokui as Rin Takanashi and Yūki Ono as Vil.
Sounds relaxing.
@NineSwords isekai roadtrip sounds kinda comfy
But did it really need the "kicked from the hero's party" premise? Can't we just have a roadtrip?
I'm so tired of this trope.
