Poles is confused, no awards are given by the NFL for always having one of the top 3 draft picks. Is it possible this wasn't explained in the interview? (alien.top)

You're missing the point. He's gonna keep trading players and moving down in the draft until he has the the top 53 players in the 2034 draft then just reset the entire roster all at once. Dudes a genius.
