Not even had the iPhone 24 hours yet and the my first observation is that it’s a little slow to respond to a tap to wake (or whatever the term is) and slow to respond to the power button being pressed to wake the phone up! Not exactly a big issue, definitely notice it being slower to respond than my iPhone 13 mini has replaced! Anyone else notice this?

I also sometimes experience this. However, I think that might be a bug and unrelated to the phone. Especially the tap to wake will sometimes need a second or two and then the screen suddenly turns on. Also, there is a lack of animation when that happens, another reason why I suspect a bug.

Turn off double click power button to use Apple Pay. It’s on by default.
