Best you can do as a refurb from Apple directly. Brand new ones haven't existed in over a year I'm afraid.

Do you really want a 13 Pro that badly? It won't be easy. Maybe you can find a used one or just buy a newer non-Pro iPhone such as the 15, if budget is an issue?
