The Patriot on prime is pretty much perfect. It's an excellent drama, very engaging and has some great comedy moments. Absolutely gutted it was cancelled after 2 flawless seasons

It is brilliant
Kaiba. It’s anime, but if you like conceptual sci-fi fantasy about the nature of the self and memory then this would probably be up your alley.
It takes place in a world where it’s possible to transfer your mind to a new body and sell memories, and it explores the obvious implications of that under capitalism. It’s a mix of dark (but not grimdark) and hopeful; it doesn’t spoon-feed you and is comfortable leaving you with existential questions. I’ve watched it twice and got something new out of it the second time around, and honestly I’d watch it a third time.
Most have been mentioned here so I’ll name some others that stuck with me
Travelers - great time travel show Lie to Me - short lived pseudo science show Limitless - one of the few series reboots from movies I enjoyed. Also short lived
I personally don’t know anyone who has watched any of these.
