for those that don't get it3.14 is the number pi (because today is March 14th)

2.718 is a similar irrational constant to pi, called e

in this case the joke is that eating estrogen (sometimes abbreviated to "e") is better than eating pie.

How should the skittles be consumed? Under the tongue? I just do what the doctors told me and swallow 3, but they've been terribly wrong before.

You can dissolve the pills under your tongue. That way the estrogen will be absorbed directly and will not have to go though the liver first, which causes strain on the liver and huge inefficiencys (when swallowing only a fraction of the estrogen you ate actually gets absorbed into your blood).
