My mom’s new iPhone 15 Pro got here today and she started to transfer the data immediately. Once it was done, however, she noticed a lot of issues with the transferred data, namely that the new phone had old content on it. Her games had data from days ago, and she didn’t get texts on her new device that were sent after she got it.

My mom really wants help with her issues but she doesn’t want to go straight to Apple support. Do any of you people know what we should do?

Did she take the Sim card out of the old phone and put it on the new phone. Than turned it off and restarted it. Check the settings in the general tab match the old phone

I remember things too a while to go over even after it looked like it was done. Maybe just sleep on it and see if it’s done in the morning
