Not super closely watching either of these teams. From skimming the stats it seems the Raiders are not going to do SHIT in the ground game and are more likely to throw picks than TDs in this matchup. However the Lions offense was humiliated last week at Baltimore, so I see it as the ball is in their court whether they rebound as expected or whether there is something more deeply wrong with the team.

There really is no universe in which procedural fouls like holding should offset personal fouls. A personal foul should always be upheld, even if you subtract the yardage for something like a hold.
