Dude wtf. Game is on the line and you need at least 17 yards to get a fresh set of downs. Why would you check it down for 5 yards? At least throw something past the sticks, even if it’s into triple coverage. An INT isn’t any worse than a turnover on downs at this point.

Lions fans, yes you could have won more convincingly, but you had 500 yards total offense, an easy upcoming schedule after the bye, and your only competition in the NFC North died with Kirk Cousins achilles. Just enjoy it guys hope you make a run at it this year.

Lions were struggling in the redzone with our our starting 3 olineman and Monty.

I love Gibbs, but that shortage yardage is where Monty is borderline elite.

Detroit's going to have a good record. I think they still have 5 games against the NFC North - (1 x GB, 2 X MIN, 2 X CHI).... and the rest of the NFC North is absolutely dogshit. Not a single decent QB left with Kirk going down.
