The additional context is that another artist was so annoyed about this that he founded a company (culturehustleusa.com) to invent an even blacker black paint for all artists to use except Kapoor. They've now expanded their product line to other "most-est" colours, including a world's pinkest pink paint. If you buy any of their products, you must tick a box certifying that you are not Anish Kapoor, or buying on his behalf before they will sell to you.
No idea how legally enforceable that might be, but it is hilarious.
