Apple Watch OS 10.1 activity digital complications: heart rate disappeared (alien.top)

I did the update this morning and heart rate disappeared. I can select it from my phone, but it doesn't show up on the watch, however I can click the SPOT and it will measure heart rate. Anyone else? I put in feedback to apple already.

Issue solved for me.

  1. Unpair watch
  2. Restart phone
  3. Pair watch.

Draining stopped in both phone and watch. Huge battery improvement in both. It looks that Apple did her magic again… eventually.
