There's a small town near my home where they specialize in doing crazy popsicles and ice cream, I never had it but they have bean ice cream. I assume it's ok since it was a big bucket, I wouldn't make a big one of they didn't sell enough.

I went there as a child and they had tequila ice cream that wasn't that good, I assume it was a grown up thing. But the avocado popsicles were really good, I recommend them.

I wonder if they are still there.

In Malaysia there's a desert called "Chengdul" (or something like that) which slightly resembles this. It doesn't taste as bad as you'd expect it to.
